We are living in a time of possibilities. Make no mistake. Eyes are wide. Terrified. Inspired. All in the same gulp of lemonade. You know. I am hearing from many about the desire to concentrate and the struggle to do so right now. All. Over. The. Place.
Let’s explore a 7-day activation: for our nervous systems and visions.
YOUR POSSIBILITIES, THE POSSIBILITIES
What rebirth is available during this spring equinox?

It’s bite-sized, on purpose. Read more below about The Why. We are aligning with the power of the Spring Equinox, preceded by today’s eclipse and full blood moon. C’mon and ooo la. This prompt cycle won’t be sprinkled in sugar or “epic.” No shiny bow. We are looking for subterranean, dirt-full, hands held, micro-shifts that have real traction.
A small remedy with a subtle, sneaky powerful and lasting unfolding.
Like those tiny homeopathic white pills that seem like nothing but are SO MUCH.
This shared journey begins on March 18th and ends on March 24th.
Every day, I send you one 5-minute prompt to your inbox. I put a lot of energy and intention behind it so that it will feel like an arc, a process, an unfolding. As you access your personal possibilities, you open the shared possibilities. They go together. This is a shared activation.
It’s for paid subscribers, so join us if it calls to you. Context: I have run prompt-cycles for thousands of people at a time, before and during and after the pandemic. Guiding people through an experience is my wheelhouse, my art. Being a paid subscriber is $5/month. **I plan to be sharing my responses to the prompts in the comments, as long as I have service (I’ll be camping in the desert with my family on a long overdue pause after a wild month).
7-day Prompt Cycle 4x a Year
Around the Equinox (spring and fall) and the Solstice (summer and winter), I will lob out a seven-day exploratory prompt cycle centered on being a modern mammal during that particular time of year. Why seven days? It’s do-able. It’s contained. People tend to fall off month-long prompt cycles. Most importantly, it’s a circaseptan rhythm—one observed in many different species, a biological rhythm of rest on the seventh day as essential. Many religions have made a practice of it and it’s innate in living organisms, even in bacteria, a repeated phenomenon. Basically, we need a pause day. Need. Need. Need! 100 languages have a word for Rest Day. The ancients all over the globe found that music also builds on the number seven. Let’s lean into SEVEN and see what happens. As with any prompt experience, doing so in a group amplifies the learning and builds a culture to support new neural pathways in the individual and the community. Misson: bring your people.
When I say “bring a friend” I mean it. Community has always been the way, but it seems that collectively we are realizing it now. Community doesn’t have to be “done”; it’s available to us, but it does require a shimmy on our part. Shimmy over, get in there, call it in, ask the friend, create a shared experience.
Feel good, yes.
More than that, though. By participating in this 7-day activation with a friend or a group of friends, you are co-activating. That’s a word and practice that has become very important for me.
See you there,
