Write for 5 minutes. Riff. Trust your own brilliance. Can you simultaneously track your body’s response as you write? Are some hungers louder than others? Does your heart beat faster in places? What sensations (pressure, heat, movement) accompany you as or after you write.
You can hold opposites at the same time (solitude and community).
Be specific. Being vague isn’t helpful. I am hungry for love doesn’t actually mean anything to you, to anyone listening or to your physiology.
