This is big - read it three times, and plan to come back to it to absorb more. If you're open to it, I would find it incredibly helpful to see a brief example of a stuck story re-written in multiple new ways!
Hey Christina. Here's an example from my own postpartum experience.
A story in 4 ways. It's the same experience, same facts, but different story. These aren't necessarily examples of being un-stuck, but they are different angles on the same stage.
1. Postpartum kicked my ass and unearthed all the demons that had been inside me.
2. My firstborn was a messenger who opened the doorway so I could walk closer to myself.
3. I was born a strong-bodied, tree-climber, resilient girl with a robust immune system exposed to a lot in many countries; that is my core and all my adult health challenges are invitations to live more in harmony with that core.
4. I am the whistle-blower in my family and my body has taken the brunt of that.
5. Without the birth injury, I would have never learned how to back down from triggers or re-parent myself to a place of okayness.
I will read and re-read this. So much richness here. Thank you thank you Molly.
This is invaluable Molly. Thank you so much for sharing. I have saved this page to return to and am sure I'll use it many times over xx

Such a helpful example - thank you! Flagging this to keep referring back to. So rich.
