"Every new article about general wellbeing lands on THE SAME OLD." Yes yes yes. I've found this same thing to be true, too, Molly. We tend to overcomplicate things, but that's only leaving us more exhausted than ever before.

Yes, Eliza! I'm continually drawn back to the basics. I wrestle because overcomplication feels important and good for intellectual matters, for social matters, for seeing the many angles and digging into my own biases, etc. BUT, when it comes to caring for the body, I don't see anything complicated there!

Totally! It can be fun to get "in the weeds" of it all, too. But maybe we can save that for when we're feeling resourced and that we have the capacity :)

This one resonates big time with me Molly dear. I often feel better when I simply slow down and connect with someone, even briefly. The curse is swimming around in your own head too long, banging against the walls. Love you.
